How do I place an order?

 

Select desired hat(s) in the Spring/Summer or Fall/Winter collection. Please add any details or comments provided in the message box or email Anne at: AnneMoore@AnneMoore.com. If you need any help, please email questions along with your phone number and we will get back to you about your hat!

Payment, Shipping & Handling

 

Payments are made through PayPal. If you do not have a Paypal account you may still order through Paypal as a guest user. At this time, please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your order. We are charging a $6.00 non-refundable shipping & handling for items under $180 & a $20.00 non-refundable shipping & handling fee to ship each hat order.

We process our orders through Paypal. However, if you would like to use any other method of payment not supported by Paypal please contact us with your name, phone number, and a message in the questions and comments box on the right and we will be happy to help you!

Returns & Exchange Policy
 

All hats are carefully inspected for any defects before shipment.

Please note that "All Sales are Final." All custom orders, including size & color, and sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

However, if you wish to exchange your item(s), you will receive web credit for www.AnneMoore.com. Hats should be returned unworn, and unused within 3 days of receipt. Damaged or soiled hats will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
